CNC Foam Engraver CNC Foam Engraving Machine (VCT-2040FE)

1. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the lathe body is stabilized and will not be deformed forever.

2. Balance cylinder, it can help the machine work more stable, and protect the ball screw and servo motor.

3. X and Y axis is transmitted by big module helical/diagonal rack and pinion. This makes the machine work faster and has larger cutting force compared with ball screw transmission.

4. This machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure and it can estimate the processing time.

5. Z axis size can be customized, with big size working stroke.

6. High soft and famous brand electric cables with high abrasion, fold, high temperature, acid or alkali resistance.

7. Operating with 3D scanner, the machine can engrave any shape you scanned.

Suitable for working on Styrofoam, wood and most of nonmetal materials, especially for the following fields:

1. Mould: Suitable for processing kinds of nonmetal materials, especial for EPS car mould, wood mould for ship, plane and train.

Machine Details:

1. Base Frame: The base frame is all heavy-duty tubular steel constructed, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains firm and steady over the operational life of the machine.

2. Guide and Rack Pinion: We use quality PMI linear square guide with high rigidity, vibration/shock resistance and damping characteristics. Precision gear racks are carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument; this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.

3. Ball Screw: Z axis uses high accuracy TBI ball Screw: Quality TBI Anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 25mm diameter and 0.01mm re-positioning accuracy. The combination of ball screw and gear rack offers accuracy and high speed machining.

4. XYZ 1.3kw Yaskawa servo,high speed,low noise. Z with brake.

5. Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double-door electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.

6. Air Cooling Spindle: Quality spindle performs powerfully and stably in machining foam. We offer different power spindle options.

7. Central Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed. Manual/automatic oil-injection system allows the machine maintenance mush easier.

8. 3 Axis NC Studio Controller with handle wheel: connected with PC,control XYZ movement from computer, support all kinds of G code .Handle wheel also can be used to control machine movement and working speed 

9. Vacuum Inhaling system: The vacuum table multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part, gaskets can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles. Fixtures can also be used if needed as we put aluminum alloys beside the vacuum table. Compatible with 4KW air cooling Taiwan vacuum pump.

10. Dust Skirts: Switchable structure with dense skirts for your convenience to load tools, easy to remove the dust completely.


1. Rotary device for foam engraving, used to operate on cylinder foam with big or small shapes.

2. Auto tool changer:8 tools station on the back or side,instead of changing tools manually,which saves time and improves working efficiency.

3. 3D Scanner: with the 3D scanner you can scan any objects which you want to make by machine, input the scan file generated by scanner to computer, and process it with postprocess or software, saved it as G code which can be recognized by CNC router.
